XLIT Ltd. and CICL Preference Share Dividends (April 2019)

On Apr 2, 2019, the Board of Directors of XLIT Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $13.1120 per share on XLIT Ltd.’s Series E Preference Ordinary Shares, which dividend will be paid on Apr 15, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Apr 11, 2019. In addition, on Apr 10, 2019 the Board of Directors of Catlin ÓÈÎïÊÓƵCompany Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $14.34 per share on the Catlin ÓÈÎïÊÓƵCompany Ltd. Preferred Shares, which dividend will be paid on Apr 22, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Mar 31, 2019.
