XLIT Ltd. Series E Preference Ordinary Shares Dividend

On Jan 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of XLIT Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $12.5064 per share on XLIT Ltd.’s Series E Preference Ordinary Shares, which dividend will be paid on Jan 15, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Jan 11, 2019. In addition, on the same date, the Board of Directors of Catlin ÓÈÎïÊÓƵCompany Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $14.31 per share on the Catlin ÓÈÎïÊÓƵCompany Ltd. Preferred Shares, which dividend will be paid on Jan 22, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Dec 31, 2018.
