¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵtoday announced it has promoted Begoña Moreno to Underwriter Manager, Property – Iberia and Tatiana Martínez to Underwriter Manager, Construction – Iberia.

Commenting on the promotions, Iván Blanco, Underwriter Manager, Property, Construction & Energy at ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ said: “Our Construction clients are building increasingly complex facilities and our Property clients are occupying and operating them. Buildings are more sophisticated, whether that’s using smart technologies or onsite renewables. Added to that, the current economic environment is posing challenges for businesses. In this context, our clients and brokers are turning to us to help them navigate the new exposures they are facing.”

He added: “Together, Begoña and Tatiana have a wealth of experience in the industry. They are recognized in the Spanish market and their expertise position them ideally to lead respectively our Property and Construction teams.”

Ms Moreno has over 20 years of experience and has held underwriting positions at Vitalicio Seguros, Zurich ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, AIG and QBE Europe, before joining ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵin 2019 as a senior underwriter. Ms. Martínez started her career as a Strategic Analyst at Repsol, a role she held until joining ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵin 2013 as a construction underwriter.
